Shipping Rates and Policies

Helicon Records, Ltd. presently charges New York residents 6% New York State sales tax, which is the lowest combined state and municipality tax rate. For those New York State residents that live in municipalities with a higher combined rate, Helicon Records, Ltd. will pay the difference in tax rates which (does not exceed 2 1/2 percent of the total sale) to the State of New York.

Please note: The shipping charge does not show up on the first screen when you go to PayPal to complete the order. It is shown on a later screen.

We are currently able to ship CDs, DVDs, VHS videos and music cassettes to international addresses. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped.

For your protection, any order valued at $200 or more will be sent via a trackable method. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.


Customs
You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Helicon Records, Ltd., you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order's contents by product type. Please aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

We may also provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers, and such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.

Return Policy

All sales are final. No returns are accepted. Please contact Helicon Records, Ltd. via mail or e-mail to notify Helicon Records, Ltd. in the event that product is received damaged or is defective. In this unlikely event, Helicon Records, Ltd. will instruct you how to return the product for replacement.
